Last update: February 2014
Please use the contact addresses below to order copies of our productions. Check the details below for individual releases and how many discs to send. You may order more than one release at once. Please do not contact more than one dubsite with the same dub request as it only wastes the time of wonderful people who are willingly giving their valuable free time for nothing.
When it comes to the type of disc to send, I recommend CD-R, as CD-RW are not always welcomed by DVD players (just as they are not always welcomed by CD players). What brand you choose to send is entirely your personal choice. DO NOT SEND DVDs as they will be returned blank.
When sending your package:
Always include your order and your email address, and please try to make it small enough to fit through an average-sized letterbox. The less time we spend organising the redelivery of small parcels or waiting in the queue at the parcel depot the better. No matter where in the world you are, it's a grim place, you know...
Whenever possible, we recommend enclosing postage and a return label rather than a stamped addressed envelope. This is kinder to the environment and makes for a smaller, lighter parcel.
It is recommended that you do not send CDs in standard or slim-line plastic jewel cases. These frequently shatter and sometimes damage the CD as a result. Paper or plastic sleeves are great, but a stack of CDs in a padded envelope is just as good. It is also lighter and so costs less in postage.
Always ensure that any CDs you are sending to a dubsite carry sufficient postage. Dubsites are advised to not accept any parcel that has insufficient postage as they will have to pay the deficit, plus a surcharge, out of their own pocket.
Problems contacting a dubsite?
If you experience problems with a dubsite or have problems contacting any of the dubsites listed below, then please e-mail Colin Gunn at [email protected]. Remember to mention which dubsite you are trying to contact. He will forward the e-mail for you. If, conversely, you have difficulty contacting this e-mail address, just e-mail one of the others and ask them to pass it on. Alternatively, you can post a message on our forum. Your mail will get to its destination one way or another, we promise!
